Evacuation Areas
In certain emergency situations you will be asked to evacuate
the building. Know the location of at least two stairwell
exits. It is also recommended to have a departmental meeting
place once you have left the building. Use the following
evacuation areas:
- Kinesiology & Health Sciences -- Engineering/Comp
Science (ECS) Lawn, playing fields
(if safe to cross Gym Dr.), or open area North of Commons,
West of KHS.
- Sports Complex -- Playing fields
- Titan House -- Playing fields
- Ruby Gerontology Center -- Lot H/J
- Education Classroom -- ECS lawn
- Student Health & Counseling Center -- ECS lawn
- Engineering/Computer Science Complex -- ECS lawn
- Pollak Library-North & South -- ECS lawn
- Humanities -- Lot F
- University Hall -- Lot F
- Langsdorf Hall -- South Lawn
- McCarthy Hall, Central Plant, & Dan Black Hall -- South Lawn
- Greenhouses -- South Lawn
- Visitor Information Center -- South Lawn
- Visual Arts -- Lawn at State College and Dorothy Ln.
- Performing Arts -- middle of Quad or Becker Amphitheater
- Titan Student Union -- Becker Amphitheater
- Commons -- Jacaranda Court (trees East of Bookstore)
- Golleher House -- 30 minute lot south of house
- Facilities Mgmt temporaries, University Police, IT
Admin -- Lot A South
- Children's Center -- Adjacent Lot A South
- College Park -- Southern end of tenant/visitor parking lot
- Nutwood Parking Structure -- Lawn at State College
and Nutwood
- State College Parking Structure -- Lot B
